Spring Chicks Art Project
It is springtime and I am always on the look out for a fun easy project for my students with alzheimer's. These particular participants are in the advanced stages of the disease. It is important to have an easy uncomplicated project for them to do that will make them smile. This one is sure to do the trick.
SUPPLIES
Yellow, blue, orange and white paper
Yellow tissue paper
Yellow feathers
Green tissue paper (2 shades)
Glue stick
Scissors
googly eyes
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut triangle and circle from yellow paper
Glue onto blue paper.
Glue googly eyes onto face
Cut orange beak glue onto face
Cut egg shell top and bottom from white paper
Glue eggshell on top of head and over body
Cut grass from tissue paper glue at bottom of picture
Tear blue tissue raindrops, glue to background
Add feathers
